{"id":93,"date":"2009-03-30T14:09:31","date_gmt":"2009-03-30T14:09:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/z303.org\/?p=93"},"modified":"2009-03-30T14:09:31","modified_gmt":"2009-03-30T14:09:31","slug":"stuff-i-want-to-learn","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.z303.org\/?p=93","title":{"rendered":"Stuff I want to learn"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>After <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/jukesie\/\">@jukesie<\/a> posted on <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/jukesie\/status\/1416896656\">twitter<\/a> about <a href=\"http:\/\/backpass.org\/2009\/03\/29\/a-few-things-i-want-to-learn\/\">his a few things I want to learn list<\/a> inspired by <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/pipstar\">@pipstar<\/a>&#8216;s  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.battlecat.net\/2009\/03\/27\/100-things-i-want-to-learn\/\">100 things list<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/pipstar\/status\/1417575738\">I sort of got bullied<\/a> (in a nice way) into posting mine.<\/p>\n<p>So here it is, just a brain dump as I thought of them:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Learn enough French to be able to have a normal conversion with someone, not at my current two year old level.<\/li>\n<li>Learn Japanese well enough to watch a Godzilla film \/ Anime without subtitles.<\/li>\n<li>Learn Audio mixing\/DJing, it would be nice to throw together mixes even half was good as 2Many DJ&#8217;s.<\/li>\n<li>Create a nice Theme for this site.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and learn more about agile development and lean development.<\/li>\n<li>Build a raytracer in to teach me <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/OpenCL\">OpenCL<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Play with <a href=\"http:\/\/delicious.com\/z303\/Cellularautomata\">Cellular automata<\/a> for ocean and water modeling.<\/li>\n<li>Finish the <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/teatweets\">@teatweets<\/a> website <\/li>\n<li>Have a mess around with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.asterisk.org\/\">asterisk<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Finish off my <a href=\"http:\/\/telemat.open.ac.uk\/webapps\/\">certificate in web applications development<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Learn how to wear make up.<\/li>\n<li>Dress better.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I&#8217;ll probably think of dozen more once I click publish but that what I can remember off to the top of my head but I really should get back to work, so that will have to wait.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After @jukesie posted on twitter about his a few things I want to learn list inspired by @pipstar&#8216;s 100 things list, I sort of got bullied (in a nice way) into posting mine.
